Linear works differently from contact-based CRMs. Instead of automatic email matching, you manually link each meeting to a specific issue or project.How it works
After a meeting ends, open the meeting page and click Link CRM. Search for an issue or project, optionally select an assignee, and click Sync. Caret will post the meeting summary as a comment on the issue, or create a new issue inside the project.Limitations
- Linear does not support automatic contact matching by email.
- Syncing requires a manual link per meeting.
